Check for additional fees

The current Optimize plan has no success fees or usage charges. Starting, completing, or winning an experiment does not create an extra charge.

Older changelog entries describe previous offers. They are historical records, not the current pricing policy.

Identify a legacy subscription

Existing Early Adopter and older Optimize subscribers keep their approved pricing and full product access while their subscriptions remain active. These legacy plans are closed to new subscribers.

Use the terms on your approved Shopify subscription to understand an existing bill. The current $49 price does not replace an active legacy subscription automatically. If you cancel, the retired plan is not guaranteed to be available again.

Check what the trial covers

14-day free trial. A trial does not guarantee a conclusive test. Confirm the trial end date and recurring charge on the Shopify approval screen. The time needed to gather evidence depends on your traffic and the profit difference between offers; it is separate from your subscription trial.

Check development-store billing

Development-store test billing depends on eligibility and configuration. Confirm test-billing status before approving a subscription; do not assume every sandbox store is free.
