How the Success Fee works

Added Profit is the eligible experiment's profit above its control baseline. A Success Fee applies once to an eligible completed experiment with positive Added Profit. There is no per-experiment cap.

A worked example

Illustration: $800 of eligible Added Profit produces an $80 Success Fee, leaving $720 after that fee. The monthly subscription is separate. These are example amounts, not expected results.

Your $9.99 monthly subscription is separate from this example fee. There is no Success Fee when Added Profit is zero or negative, or the experiment is ineligible.

The trial is for the base price

7-day trial of the base price. Success Fees are separate. A trial does not guarantee a conclusive test. Setup, trial duration, and the time needed for a reliable experiment are different. Read the test-readiness requirements before you start.

Already on Early Adopter?

Early Adopter has no Success Fees. Keep its price while your subscription remains active. Check your subscribed plan in Shopify. Get help interpreting a bill.

Development and sandbox stores

Development-store test billing depends on eligibility and configuration. Confirm test-billing status before approving a subscription; do not assume every sandbox store is free.
