Use the trial to get set up
Publish an offer, check the storefront messages and checkout, and start your first comparison. The 14-day trial does not guarantee a statistically conclusive result. Your traffic and the size of the profit difference affect how much evidence a test needs.
New experiments run for up to 13 weeks, with confidence checked weekly. Measurement ends early if either offer qualifies as a statistically supported winner. You choose which offer to apply. Read the minimum evidence requirements.
Existing subscribers on legacy plans
Existing Early Adopter and older Optimize subscribers keep their approved pricing and full product access while their subscriptions remain active. These legacy plans are closed to new subscribers.
Check Plan & billing and your approved Shopify subscription for your store's terms. Canceling a legacy subscription does not reserve its old price for a future subscription. Get help understanding a charge.
Development and sandbox stores
Development-store test billing depends on eligibility and configuration. Confirm test-billing status before approving a subscription; do not assume every sandbox store is free.
