Privacy Policy
Lioriq operates Shopify apps and related waitlists for merchants. This policy explains what data we handle, why we use it, and how to contact us.
App-specific policy
For the Shopify App Store privacy URL for Free Shipping A/B, use the Lioriq - Free Shipping A/B Privacy Policy.
Data we collect for Free Shipping A/B
When a Shopify merchant installs Free Shipping A/B, we store shop account data needed to run the app, such as shop domain, display name, owner email, timezone, install state, granted Shopify scopes, and access tokens.
We store offer settings configured by the merchant, including thresholds, storefront messages, localized message rules, market settings, discount identifiers, sync status, store locale, and store currency.
If experiment features are enabled, we store experiment settings and reporting data such as margin assumptions, average shipping cost, checkpoints, analysis snapshots, outcomes, result status, added profit, orders, revenue, and conversion rate.
Shopper, cart, and order-linked data
To measure experiment performance, Free Shipping A/B may store assignment and outcome data linked to keyed identifiers derived from customer, session, cart, and order values. These identifiers help keep experiment attribution consistent without storing raw customer, session, cart, or order values in optimizer records.
The app may also store order-linked attribution and economics data such as cart value, whether shipping was required, shipping subsidy values, shipping collected, exposure identifiers, locale, country, and related experiment metadata.
We do not collect payment card numbers through Free Shipping A/B. App billing is handled through Shopify.
GEO waitlist data
If you join the GEO Product Data Optimizer waitlist, we collect the information submitted through the Google Form, such as email address, store URL, interest area, approximate catalog size, and any optional message.
We use waitlist data to contact interested merchants about testing, release updates, demos, and product research for GEO Product Data Optimizer.

Uninstall, deletion, and Shopify privacy requests
If a merchant uninstalls Free Shipping A/B, we mark the shop as uninstalled and deactivate active access tokens so the app no longer calls Shopify for that store.
If the app remains uninstalled and subscription access has ended, shop-scoped app data is deleted after the applicable retention period used by the app, currently 30 days after the later of uninstall or subscription-access end.
Shopify privacy webhook requests, including shop redaction and customer redaction requests, are handled through Shopify's privacy webhook flow. You may also contact us directly at support@lioriq.com.
