Choose the market scope
Open the offer's Target markets settings and choose All markets or specific Shopify Markets. A selected-market offer takes precedence over an All markets offer. Resolve overlapping targeting warnings before publishing.
Check the shopper currency
Review the threshold and amount remaining in the currency the shopper sees. Do not assume the same numeric amount has the same value across currencies. Preview each intended market and verify the actual checkout destination.
Edit the threshold in your shop currency. The local-currency option converts its storefront display for the active Shopify Market. A password-protected store may limit currency preview; verify the live storefront after entering its password.
Write localized messages
In Messaging & localization, review the empty-cart, below-threshold, and qualifying messages for each intended language and currency. Check the default message as well as localized rules so shoppers without a specific translation still receive useful copy.

Preview a market and cart amount
Current preview controls with the United States selected. Check the active market, currency, and message together.Verify each market before testing
Switch the storefront market and language, add products, and cross the threshold. Verify both mobile and desktop and check shipping eligibility at checkout. Repeat for every market the offer targets.
Run your first experiment on a working offer with clear targeting. Do not change market scope halfway through to increase traffic.
Your next decision
Each intended market shows the right message and currency, and checkout agrees with the offer.
